Off the coast strip, the job changes
Nerang sits inland at the M1 interchange, and it is the point where the Gold Coast stops being a beach city. East of the highway it is established residential; west of it the blocks get larger and run up toward the hinterland at Advancetown and Beechmont. In between are the light industrial estates along Nerang-Southport Road and Lawrence Drive.
Each of those produces a different kind of vehicle. The industrial estates give us trade utes, vans and fleet vehicles at end of life, often unregistered and parked behind a workshop for a year. The acreage blocks give us project cars, second and third vehicles, farm-use utes and the occasional trailer, usually on grass or gravel rather than concrete. Neither is a problem, but both need the right truck.
Access is the thing worth mentioning when you call. A loaded tilt tray is heavy, and a long unsealed driveway that has just had rain will not always hold one — we would rather winch from the road than sink a truck on your property. Nerang also has genuine flood history along the river, so if a car has been through water, say so up front: it changes what is recoverable and we would rather price it accurately than revise on arrival.
